Linda MargaretTHORNEPassed away on Tuesday 11th June 2024 at the Royal Derby Hospital, aged 72 years. Much loved Wife of Stephen, devoted Mother to Paula, Garry and Hayley, treasured Mama and Great Mama. Linda was loved by all her family and friends.

A Service to celebrate Linda's life will be held at Markeaton Crematorium, Main Chapel on Thursday 4th July 2024 at 1.30 pm.

No flowers by request, but donations in lieu will go to support the work of Cancer Research UK and may be given at the service, made online at rydefunerals.co.uk/donations or sent c/o Thomas Ryde & Son 35 Bridge Street Belper DE56 1AY. You are warmly invited to join the family to continue to share memories of Linda at The Sitwell Arms Wood Lane Ilkeston DE7 6BN, where light refreshments will be provided. We would like to thank the nurses on MAU and Ward 402, Dr Tidmarsh, family, friend and neighbours and carers for their support given to us over the last few weeks.
